Attire guidelines

Make sure you wear sporting shoes that you don’t mind to get wet. Preferably they are mud-, soil- and sandfree, without black soles or soles that may leave tracks. Slippers and walking shoes should be avoided!

Casual clothes
(being comfortable is most important), for example a jumper (it can be a bit chilly at sea)

Bring a raincoat in case of bad weather.

We will provide everyone with sun cream and a cap with ribbon at the registration booth.
